Aris Bachos developed his career in London, Geneva, Hong Kong and Singapore, gaining wide exposure to the shipping market throughout. He solidified his freight trading expertise during 7 years at the Noble Group where he successfully led the Panamax department. He previously worked as a broker at Clarksons and Braemar Seascope. Aris Bachos holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance from Cass Business School.

Nikolas spent 10 years with the M2M/GMI group in London and Athens trading FFAs and Bunker Swaps while also being involved in investment analysis and pool analytics. From 2008 to 2010, he was a Senior Analyst at Marsoft in Boston. Nikolas holds an MSc in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Ocean Systems Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Kimon grew up in Geneva at the heart of international trade and finance, which made shipping a natural career choice. He built his dry bulk expertise at Clarksons, Dena and IFCHOR, developing his network amongst major shipping companies, traders and industrials. Kimon holds a Liberal Arts Bachelor’s from Tufts University, a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School and a LLM in International Business Law from UCL.

Captain Dimitris Radopoulos accumulates 35 years experience on-shore drybulk operations as well as 7 years at sea. Most recently he was Senior Fleet Manager at Alpha Bulkers in Greece, where he spent 7 years. Captain Radopoulos graduated from the Merchant Nautical Academy of Cefallonia and also holds a Diploma in Shipping, Marine Insurance and Shipping Law from the Athenian Center for Business Studies.

Nikos has gained experience as a financial controller and head of accounting and reporting in major shipping companies. Prior to that, he worked with Ernst & Young (Athens), specialized in audit and assurance of listed and non-listed shipping companies. This experience helped him to build skills in financial, management, accounting, budgeting, investing, cashflow, cost control and reporting. Nikos holds an M.Sc. from the University of Glasgow in International Accounting and Financial Management, and a bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Trade and Transport from the University of the Aegean in Greece and he completed the ACCA and IESOEL, qualifying as a chartered accountant.

Nondas gained 16 years of shipping and non-shipping corporate finance experience covering financial management, corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. He began his career as an auditor for Moore Stephens in Piraeus and continued building his expertise with the Priovolos Group, LMZ Shipping and Cuma. Nondas holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, an MSc in Financial Accounting and Auditing from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece, an MSc in Applied Auditing and Accounting from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, and he completed CFA Level-I from the CFA Institute.
